The digital faxes will arrive in the ManageFaxServices website and the email inbox. Most of our faxes are going to be referrals for massage therapy, records requests and insurance payments. Once a fax has been handled, be sure to delete it out of the ManagerFaxServices website inbox. This way, we will know which faxes have been taken care of and which ones still need attention.

Any emails or faxes that still need to be handled by the Admin or need Joyce's attention should be marked as unread. This helps us again track what has been handled and what still needs attention. When responding to customers in the email, always remember be friendly and professional.
