• Arrive clean: Show respect for your therapist by arriving clean for your appointment.

• Arrive on time: This helps our therapists make sure they can give every client the time they need.

• Avoid being sick: Don't come in for a massage if you have flu-like symptoms.

• Avoid intoxication: Don't come in for a massage while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Respect boundaries: Don't ask excessive personal questions or engage in overly intimate conversations with your therapist.

• Undress privately: Wait until your therapist leaves the room before undressing.
