Cash Appointments
When booking a new client as a cash (out-of-pocket) appointment, you will need to create a new profile with the following information: First & Last Name, phone number, email address, street address. Once the profile is created you will need to email the intake and cancellation forms to the client to fill out online BEFORE the arrive for their appointment. You will also need to add a card to have on file in case of late cancellations or no-shows. This can be a debit, credit, HSA for FSA card. Please consult the Front Desk Manual to make sure that specialty massages are booked with therapists that actually service those kinds of appointments. (example: hot stone massage, craniosacral massage, etc.)

When booking an existing client, make sure intake forms are up to date and a card is on file. If intake forms need updating, send them to the client and let them know we need them. If there is no card on file or it has expired, request the new card information and add it to the client's profile.
